Learn the fundamentals of real-world self-defence with Stay Away, an Internationally-renowned women's program! 1 hour IKMF Krav Maga introductory class gives you a taste to decide if you want to take the full 6 week program. Limited spots available. Child minding services available for a nominal fee and free parking.
