    Trusted worldwide and taught to over 100,000 women in 45 countries, this curriculum was designed specifically for women’s real-world threats — not sport, fitness classes, or traditional martial arts.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Recognize danger early & trust your instincts

    • Set boundaries using voice, body language & position

    • Strike effectively regardless of size or strength

    • Break free from wrist grabs, bear hugs, hair pulls & wrist control

    • Defend against being pinned on the ground

    • Protect yourself when surprised, overwhelmed or under pressure

    • Apply your skills in realistic, safe, scenario-based drills

     

    All techniques are simple, repeatable, and designed to work under stress — for any age, size, or experience level.

  • Our 6 week program is designed to be effective, approachable, and to build your skills and confidence at a steady pace—no matter your fitness level or experience.

    Each 1 hour class has the following format:

    • Warm-Up – Functional movement to prepare your body, increase strength and mobility.

    • Understand Attacks – Understand how and why specific attacks happen and recognize leading indicators.

    • Technique of the Day – Learn simple, effective techniques to defend the attack, step by step.

    • Partner Practice – Controlled, supervised practice with other women in the class.

    • Scenario Drills – Practice applying those skills in fun, challenging drills and games.

    You’ll never be rushed. You’ll never be pressured. You’ll always know why each technique works — and how to use it confidently.

  • Who It’s For: Women & teen girls 16+

  • Experience Needed: None — we start from the ground up

  • What to Wear: Gym clothes & clean indoor shoes

  • Equipment: Everything is provided
