Book our Free FirstDefence™ Class!
Our FirstDefence™ class teaches the basic essentials of Krav Maga self-defence, allows you or your child to experience what training at TalonPoint is like and see if our full program is the right fit for you.
At FirstDefence™, you/your child will:

✔️ Learn basic blocks & strikes
✔️ Learn how to use your voice
✔️ Understand how to escape and evade
✔️ See cool demonstrations of what they get to learn in the full program

Classes are only offered approximately once per month.
These sessions have only up to 10 spots available for each and often fill quickly.

Kids
A fun, high-energy program that builds confidence, respect, and real-world self-defence skills using the IKMF Kids curriculum. For ages 7-12. Learn more about our Kids program.
Teens
A practical, empowering class that teaches teens how to recognize danger, stay confident under pressure, and defend themselves effectively. For ages 13-16. Learn more about our Teen program.
Adults
A structured, high-intensity program that builds practical self-defence skills, situational awareness, and the confidence to stay safe in everyday life. For ages 17+. Learn more about our Adult program.
