Free trial classes are offered once every month or two for Kids, Teens, and Adults, with separate classes for each age group.
These sessions only have 15 spots available for each and often fill quickly.

A fun, high-energy program that builds confidence, respect, and real-world self-defence skills using the IKMF Kids curriculum. For ages 7-12.
