Self-Defence for the Whole Family

This interactive family seminar teaches kids how to recognize danger, protect themselves and their siblings, and work with their parents to stay safe. At the same time, parents learn simple, effective movements to protect more vulnerable family members. Designed to build confidence, teamwork, and awareness in a fun, supportive environment, this seminar is suitable for all ages. Children under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.
